Application Residency

Primarily, Davidoff Artist residencies, are open to artists living and working in the wider Caribbean region, with the exception of the residency at Altos de Chavón, Dominican Republic, which is open by invitation only.
The second defining criteria of eligibility is a certain degree of maturity in one’s artistic career.  Therefore applications a welcomed from emerging to mid-career artists.

There are 5 steps to the application.

Please read carefully to ensure a correct and complete application is made.
You will be required to provide complete information in each step before moving to the next step. 
Therefore it is advised to have the following information prepared before starting :

• Letter of Intent for the residency place to which the application applies – PDF document format.
      Please detail what is hoped to be achieved from the residency. How you want to approach your time in residency. Etc.
• Most recent Artist Biography – PDF document format
• Most recent Artist Statement – PDF document format
• Six (6) images of artworks -no greater than 72dpi

You should specify which residency you wish to apply for and submit the letter of intent referencing to the chosen destination.

Please fill out the application from a computer, since the various files you need to upload are mandatory to finish the application.
